Currently establishing an internal industrial design capability within Neato Robotics. This includes building a strategic partnership with the business group, collaborating within the hardware team to envision bold new futures, building out a new design lab, and looking for opportunities to evangelize human centered design throughout the organization.

I Previously had the pleasure of leading a team of Rockstar designers as the Head of ID at ASTRO Gaming within the Logitech portfolio.

My goal is to create meaningful iconic products that remove friction and empower people. I believe in strong in-person collaboration within design teams as well as engineering and relevant business groups. I advocate for stakeholders to come along for the design journey. My process includes building a strong POV through consumer insights research, evolving through iteration, experimenting in physical space, and validating with user testing feedback loops.
